Jean, workshop supervisor

After having followed the normal career path of an industrial technician, my passion for a professional challenge, for development and communication, led me to become a quarry worker. I am currently technical manager on the site of Deshaies in GUADELOUPE under the S.A.D.G name, a position I held in France for ten years. The attraction for this activity, the desire to change environments and lifestyle made me take the step and I joined the AUDEMARD Group. This company takes an interest in people and a relationship of trust is built very simply, something that lets me do my job seriously. My work in this company is to technically and financially coordinate mechanical operations, set up a preventive policy to optimize the balance between production and the preservation of the equipment. Supervising, managing personnel and outside companies while meeting quality, safety and environmental requirements: in a word, a true human adventure! Fitting into my new life is going smoothly.
This testimonial comes from the heart: what more can one asks for !

Sébastien, engineer
Arriving in New Caledonia to make a life for myself,
I discovered the Audemard Company through a job offer on the Web. Having worked for a large American corporation, I was attracted by the human wealth of this company and by its family spirit turned outwards. As soon as I was hired, I traveled to the different French sites of Audemard to further my knowledge of crushing. I then returned to New Caledonia to begin my job. I’ve been deputy director of the Mamelon quarry here for a year now. We work exclusively to supply materials for the construction of the future treatment plant of Goro Nickel. We mainly work in shifts to best satisfy our client. I realized that this field job is highly versatile since it ranges from contract management to the most diverse repairs and includes the management of personnel. It is this last point that has proven the most significant. A close team and people that drive our profession. This is the strongest impression that arises after one year’s experience with this company. This profession has the advantage of not being routine due to its human and technical richness.
